My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it one of the coziest stays I've had in Madison. The location was unbeatable for anyone wanting to explore the city easily. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations. However, there were minor issues with the facilities that affected the overall experience.

The rooms, especially for Hilton Honors members, were exceptionally clean and comfortable. They had a perfect layout with incredibly comfy beds, and I believe they must be the biggest rooms in Madison.

The service was fantastic. The manager's excellent hiring decisions and employee training were evident in the extremely helpful and luxurious treatment we received. They even made a promise to refund my parking fee due to a furnace problem, which showed their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The hotel's location was simply perfect, especially if you're in town for activities near campus or the capitol. It was beautiful, right downtown, and within walking distance of many great places like the Kohl Center, making it very convenient for exploring Madison.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, perfect for entertaining friends who joined us for a theatrical performance. The service was outstanding with a really caring attitude from the staff, making my stay very pleasant. The location was exceptional, walking distance to downtown attractions and the UW campus. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the connection to the Bassett St Brunch Club added a unique touch to the experience.
